PSA Oxygen Plant
Following the principle of pressure swing adsorption, zeolite molecular sieve is used as theadsorbent. Due to the selective adsorption characteristics of zeolite molecular sieve, nitrogen isadsorbed by molecular sieve in a large amount, oxygen is enriched in the gas phase, and nitrogenand oxygen separation is realized under the action of pressure swing adsorption. Adopting doubleor multi - - tower s truc ture, while adsorbing oxygen, de sorbing and regene rating at the same time, theopening and closing of pneumatic valves are controlled through inteligent programs such as PLCso that two or more towers are cycled alternately to continuously produce high-quality oxygen.

PSA Nitrogen Plant
Nitrogen generator takes the principle of PSA (Pressure swing adsorption) and uses the carbon molecular sieve to bethe adsorbent, under the certain pressure, the N, can be separated from the air when the purified compressed airgoes through the adsorption vessels by the compressing and decompressing. Due to the property of the O2, it movesfaster than N2, in the carbon molecular sieve, so the oxygen molecular has been adsorbed first and the N, has beencollected and finally get the N2, air. After then the carbon molecular sieve would be decompressed to release the O2,molecular,it is called regeneration. Normally it has two towers, one is for working the other is regeneration. They areall controlled the PLC and valves, so it can keep running without stopping.
