PSA Nitrogen Generation System

Air compressor:

Air compressor's function is supplying the compressed air which is the source of material and power of the nitrogengeneration system, Normally the air compressor has micro oil content and oil Free type because the pressure isstable, and the air quality is high. Of course the air compressor is the main power consumption.

Air tank:

Stabilize the air fluctuation, keep the air going through the purification parts and removing more oil and waterimpurities, meanwhile it can support the air capacity to PSA nitrogen generator at a short time, guarantee thepressure rise of adsorption vessels and keep the whole system running smoothly.

Filter (Super Drain Filter):

Remove the impurities of compressed air(dust, particle and oi) to keep the compressed air cleaner, it can be usedfor filtering the liquid and the substance which is the size of 3 y m above (5ppm w/w Max oil content).

Refrigerated Air Dryer:

According to the freezing and drying principle of air. it takes the frozen machine to cool down the compressed air tillthe relative dew point and the water in the air will be drained out by the drainer valve, and then the compressed airhas been dried to the desired dew point.

Filter (Super Line Filter):

Further filter the impurities of compressed air, it can be used for liquid water and oil, and the substance which is thesize of 1 um above(1ppm w/w Max oil content).

Filter (Super Mist Filter):

Further filter the impurities of compressed air, it can be used for smog water and oil, and the substance which is thesize of 0. 01 um above(0. 01ppm w/w Max oil content).

Filter(Super Activated carbon filter):

Be used for the smog oil and hydrocarbon steam, it can remove the particle which is at 0. 01 m (0. 003ppm w/w Maxoil content).

Air buffer tank:

Use for nitrogen generator with big capacity, it can buffer and stabilize the pressure.

Nitrogen qenerator:

HongJI Ligas adopts the technology of Germany company Carbon Tech GmbH and uses the components and materialswhich is imported from Germany and Japan to produce the nitrogen generator, progress is that it takes the property ofcarbon molecular sieve (CMS) which increase the pressure to adsorb oxygen and decrease pressure to desorb oxygento separate the oxygen and get the purified gas nitrogen continually, normally the pressure will be 0. 7 Mpa ~1. 3Mpa.We'd like to offer good quality, low cost, highly efficient equipment and excellent service to our customer.    Purity:95%~99.999%;Flux:1Nm3/h~2000Nm3/h

Nitrogen purifier:

To meet the requirement of high grade purified nitrogen,the refining section is available upon request. The equipmentis mainly formed by oxygen remover, cooler, adsorption dryer, and other instruments. Purity:99.9995%;Flux:1Nm3/h~2000Nm3/h

WORKING PRINCIPLE

Following the princ iple of pres sure swing adsorption, high-quality carbon molecular sieve is usedas the adsorbent. Under certain pressure, due to the dynamic effect, the diffusion rate of oxygenand nitrogen on the carbon molecular sieve is diferent. The oxygen molecules are adsorbed by thecarbon molecular sieve in large quantities. Nitrogen molecules are enriched in the gas phas e toachi e ve ox ygenand nitrogen separation. Since the adsorption capacity of carbon molecular sieve for oxygen varies significantly withpressure, reducing the pressure can adsorb the oxygen molecules adsorbed by the carbonmolecular sieve, so that the carbon molecular sieve can be regenerated and reused. Two adsorption tower processes are adopted, one is for adsorption and nitrogen production, andthe other i s for desorption and regeneration, alternating cycles and continuous production of high-quality nitrogen.

Main Feature

1.The material source is from the nature, the system only needscompressed air and power, so the cost of power and operation is less. 

2.Nitrogen purity is easy to adjust, it is only affected by the capacity,purity of normal nitrogen is at the range of 95%~99.99%(can beadjusted), purity of high nitrogen is at the range of 99%~99.999%(can be adjusted)

3.The system is automatic, quick starting and no need to monitor.One button for start and stop, run 10-15 minutes to generate the N2 air.

4.The working progress is easy, the configuration is compact, thelanding space is less and the environment is well-adapted.

5.Snow storm filling can avoid the damage of CMS.

6.Digital flow meter has pressure compensation, it is highly precisemeter which can monitor the progress, it can test quick flow andaccumulate the total capacity.
